Information you choose to share

When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you provide so we can respond and discuss the work. The project brief form on this website currently downloads a text file to your device; it does not send the form contents to Klyroo. Avoid including passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information in a project brief.

Website delivery

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the website. This may include an IP address, requested page, browser information and technical logs. A required request to serve the website is separate from optional analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics processes information about page visits and clicks on email or phone links. This can include technical browser and device information, an IP address while the request is processed, referring website and campaign information, and cookie-based identifiers. We use the reports to understand visits and improve the website. Analytics cookies may remain for up to 180 days. We do not send project brief contents or contact message text as analytics events, and a contact-link click is not treated as a completed enquiry.

Your choices

Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. Choosing Keep analytics off leaves the website available without optional analytics. Use the Privacy choices button to change your decision. Withdrawing permission stops the tag and removes its first-party analytics cookies in this browser. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off.

Advertising and third parties

This website has no Google Ads conversion tag or advertising remarketing configured. Advertising consent stays denied. Google receives analytics data only after you allow analytics. Email and phone links open services you choose to use; links to other websites are governed by their own notices.

Keeping and requesting information

We keep business correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry, deliver agreed work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. We will assess the request and any information we must retain. Analytics retention is governed by the Google Analytics property settings; withdrawing browser consent does not automatically delete previously collected reports.
